"Law of Honour"

Hello, everyone! It`s high time for new posts about public speaking✋

I`d like to say a few words about netiquette again) I think that the rules of netiquette are essential in online communication. They help to save our nerves as they are created to prevent all kinds of unpleasant situations in the Internet. Unfortunately, not all the people observe these rules or even know about them. That`s why it`s important to make sure that your readers know the rules of communication in your blog. I`ve already posted some of them which I find efficient. But during our last double period on oratory we decided to make a common set of rules that would be important for our whole group (12 people). It turned out that we all had similar ideas in our personal lists. They differed only in number and wording. So we worked together in order to create an ideal "Law of Honour"☺ Here it is:

1. Treat other people as you would like to be treated.👆

2. Respect other people`s time and effort.👆

3. Respect one`s privacy issues.👆

4. Make yourself look good online.👆

5. Follow the same standarts as you do in real life.👆

What do you think about it? To my mind, it`s a great list, because it`s very brief and clear. I should say that these rules are also appropriate for real life comminication.
